In 2008, he founded 360 Real Estate Company, which includes subsidiaries like 360 Commercial Real Estate, 360 Homes, and 360 Construction. In 2017, BK expanded into the Hemp & Cannabis industry. Passionate about mentoring, he helps individuals overcome self-limiting beliefs and emphasizes confronting challenges to achieve success.
